Is transportation to and from the Hotel included if I book a hotel (at the final destination) in my Norway in a Nutshell tour through Fjord Tours or is it better to book your own hotel?

Usual "final destination" is Bergen starting from Oslo, but it could be Oslo starting from Bergen. Either are very walkable from the train station and intermediate stops are more villages than cities. If you like "package deals" book through Fjord Tours but if you like doing it your self and want to hunt for deals or have location preferences, do your own booking.
PS We did the NIN starting and ending in Oslo. Booking the same hotel in Oslo before and after NIN simplified leaving and skis and ski gear with the Oslo hotel's luggage storage. Didn't need skis for the NIN tour.
