My wife and I are traveling from Oslo to Flam in late June. I'm trying to book my train on nsb.no. it allows me to get everything set but when I enter my credit card info it says 'Transaction failed'. I spoke with my credit card, tried a different card, tried it on 2 different computers, no luck, same message. Then I saw something that says you can't book online within 90 days (in other words it's only for booking 4 months or more out)???
Any suggestions? FYI, I sent nsb.no an email a week ago and have received nothing back. :--(

I just got through with that reservation online. Had exactly the same problem. Found the little chat box down on the left hand corner of the RR's page. A person named Brigid came on and answered several of my questions. They will not accept the usual American credit card. You should use the PayPal option instead. Bingo! that worked.
