My husband and I are planning on doing the bike ride from Myrdal Station down to Flam. We will be arriving in Flam at 1:40, via Balestrand (~2hr boat ride). The train to Myrdal departs at 2:10. I have bikes reserved in Myrdal to pick up for our ride down. The bikes need to be returned to Flam station by 6:30pm, so a later train wouldn't work.
We will be staying at the Fretheim Hotel, which Google Maps is listing as a 5min walk from the terminal. Would we have time to run over and store our bags at the hotel before grabbing the Myrdal train, or would we be better off paying extra for the luggage storage right by the terminal?
