Time in Norway vs Baltic countries and Poland

We are spending a month next summer in Scandinavia and adjacent countries. We plan to go to Copenhagen, Norway, Stockholm, Helsinki, and Tallinn.

In Norway we plan to go to Oslo and Bergen. We could add more towns in Norway such as Stavanger, Flam, Trondheim, and/or Tromso. On the other hand we could only have two stops in Norway and add the towns of Gdańsk and another town in a Baltic state. We are in our 70’s and this will be our only trip to the region. We like to relax, walk old streets, see popular sights, and people watch.
I would appreciate thoughts.

Scandinavia is very much nature experience, e. g. the beaches and high dunes at North Jutland or Lofoten in Norway.

If you want to concentrate on cities / towns take a look into the visit...-pages of the named cities to explore which sights are most interesting to you. Be aware that some of the most attractive sights are not located in cities, e. g. Norway's largest stave church, some of beautiful Danish castles, etc.

Maybe consider a Baltic Sea cruise or a passage on the Norway coastal post ship route.
