After three years of shutdown my wife and I have a P&O cruise to Norway this July 2022. Any thoughts or experiences about the small cruise port towns being open for passenger disembarking and touring around or might they be on lockdown? I have tried to call various places but the typical recoded response is "Due to very heavy call volume.... (blah, blah, blah)"
Secondly, with the terrible war in Ukraine any concern about traveling in general to Europre?
We are really looking forward to this trip but have some concerns. Thanks for any advice.
