Parking in Flam

I don't know whether parking can be an issue at times, but there's a good-sized parking lot near the "Visitor Center" (which basically just sells tickets and does other commissionable things). I wasn't driving myself, but I don't remember seeing the lot full when I was in Flam on June 20-22 of this year.

I have the impression most people visit Flam on cruise ships or via public transportation as part of the Norway in a Nutshell itinerary.

When we went in 2018, parking was not a problem. Most people arrive via the train from Oslo so we found plenty of parking.

Was there two days ago around 3. There were two large lots near the cruise dock as well as additional spaces near cruise dock shops—had no issue finding space.
