We will be in Paris in July and want to do a week or two in Norway and Sweden. We don't want to fly as we would like to see the scenery on the way. What is the best way to get from Paris to Oslo, Bergen, or Gothenberg? I would appreciate any help you can give. Virginia

Trains from Paris to Göteborg Central will add up to a fair expense, so I hope that you also want to stop and see a few towns, not just ride past. Travel time is typically 19+ hours with connections in Germany and Copenhagen. Routing through Amsterdam is a bit slower. From Copenhagen, you also have the option of an overnight ferry to Oslo.
