We'll be in Oslo for a couple days in May. Anyone have any restaurant recommendations they'd care to share? Did anyone do a food tour, and if so, which one and how was it?

We enjoyed a fresh seafood dinner outside on a lovely evening in early June 2023 at Fiskeriet Youngstorget. I would recommend booking ahead as all restaurants seemed to be quite busy at the time.

I agree with jeanm, that place is so good! Their fish soup is the best!
