Norway tour

Is it possible to do the following? Is there someone in the US that can help us make arrangements (i.e., train tickets, hotels)? We keep reading that we have to be careful buying tickets, etc because the schedules change.

We will arrive Bergen on May 7, 2015 at noon. On May 8th we want to take train Bergen to Flam then boat to Naeroyfjord and back to Aurland and, hopefully, catch boat on to Balestrand (spend night either in Aurland or Balestrand).
On May 9th we would take hydrofoil back to Bergen to catch flight to Copenhagen.

We want to stay in Vangsgarden Guest House in Aurland or at Kviknes Hotel in Balestrand.

We are so excited about going to Norway!! Any help is appreciated.

I see that Fjord Tours warns of schedules still to be finalized in March, but March is almost over. If you email them, they could confirm whether that's done. You can also find links to individual ferry operators at RuteInfo.no.

For a US agent, Fjord Tours directs you to either www.scandinaviantravel.com or http://nordicsaga.com/ but warns that they sell a few of the designed "nutshell" routes, not necessarily everything.

I can't help with the schedules, but we will be staying in Aurland in mid May and made reservations fror the Vangsgarden Guest House just a couple of weeks ago. Just go to the website and make reservations; you will receive a confirmation email within a couple of days if not sooner.
