Can anyone clarify for me if Norway is open to US visitors who are vaccinated? I have read through a few websites and feel like the information is confusing -- I cannot find a straight answer. Is a quarantine period required if you test negative for COVID upon arrival?
We were supposed to visit in July of 2020 and have been trying so hard to reschedule!

Yes, but you need a couple of tests as well as quarantine unless you can prove that you are fully vaccinated. But those things can change.
I'm considering a trip in the summer so I looked into the rules. My understanding is that as of now, the US is not part of the EU digital covid certificate (and probably never will be), so if visiting from the US there is a mandatory 10 day quarantine and you can test out of it on day 3. Doesn't seem to matter if you are fully vaccinated since the CDC white cards are not verifiable/part of the EU digital system.
