I am having difficulty booking my Norway in a Nutshell using my Eurail pass. I do not see how I can redeem the Eurail pass. I know that not all legs of the trip are covered but a few are and would like to figure out how to use it. I have tried calling customer service but cannot get through. I am worried about waiting until I am in Norway to book it at the train station. I am afraid the trains will be full. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Which customer service did you call? I believe that you can make a seat reservation by calling Norwegian Rail at 011-47-81-50-08-88 ext. 9, or Fjord Tours at 011-47-81-56-82-22.
You can also make the key Oslo-Myrdal seat reservation through Rail Europe at https://ricksteves.raileurope.com/us/rail/point_to_point/triprequest.htm, but they don't yet have the Myrdal-Flam reservations in their database.
