Norway in a Nutshell by car?

At the end of May we have allotted 4 nights for the Norway in a Nutshell - planning on the first 2 nights in the fiords and the last 2 nights in Bergen before returning to Oslo after the second night in Bergen. We will have a car (picked up at the Volvo factory) and my question is to drive or not to drive for this Nutshell segment. With parking expensive and difficult to find, I'm finding that it is more of a burden to have a car than not. If we don't drive, we would need to leave our car in Oslo and I'd like any suggestions for that. Any and all suggestions welcome. We're not wedded to going to Bergen either. If you have a good suggestion for a 3-4 day driving tour to the fiords, that would be great. Thanks in advance for any tips.

Visit Oslo and do the NiN tour to Bergen before traveling to Sweden. Fly to Oslo (OSL), tour Oslo then do the Nutshell (1 or 2 days), ending In Bergan You could fly from Bergen to Sweden to pick up the car after the NiN tour.

The Volvo Overseas Delivery program says: "Two round-trip tickets to Scandinavia – enjoy premium seating with our preferred airline SAS along with lounge passes* and priority boarding". SAS flies to Oslo.
