We, my husband and I and my adult son, first time in Scandinavia, Norway, we really appreciate any help to do this itinerary during our 6 days in Norway.
My wish list to visit: Oslo, Balestrand, Bergen, Geirangefjord and the famous Flam rail with overnight in Oslo, Balestrand and Bergen.
Starting from Porsgrunn on 7/14 taking the train to Oslo spend the day in Oslo to see the Viking Museum, ….still working on what to do in Oslo for the day
7/15 we'd do the NIN one way or should we fly to Bergen to save time and do the short famous Flam rail to see the Aurlands- & Naeroy-fjords, how could we get to Balestrand during the Flam rail to stay 1 night at Balestrand and get to Bergen, Stay 1 night in Bergen
7/17 ror 7/18 we would like to do the Geirangefjord, I saw that we can book the Geigrangeford with visitflam.com but how can we get to Geirranger from Berger
Stay 1 night in Bergen and fly to Copenhagen on 7/20
OR is it better to drive a rental car from Porsgrunn to Oslo then to Bergen and take the train from Bergen to see Aurlands, Naeroyfjord with the famous Flam rail, return car in Bergen, fly to Copenhagen from Bergen at the end of the trip
