Mostraumen VS Rosendal from Bergen

What are your thoughts on this? Do either one or do both? Which one is better if only doing one? This will be for July travel. For context, we will be also doing the NiN one way from Bergen-Oslo.

I definitely would take the Rosendal cruise. Rosendal is in a large fjord, and is a lovely village where you for example can visit the barony with its beautiful rose garden.
