Any recommendations for small luxury farm/manor stays? Something with farm to table sort of meals served and great accommodations? Whatever the Norway equivalent of an Italian luxury agriturismo? (We stayed at The Isabella Experience/Moscadella in Tuscany a few weeks ago and would love something with a similar feel to that).
