Lofoten, Stavanger, Bergen itineray suggestions

Have just about finished our itineray for Norway. Would love suggestions or comments. As you can see we will be golfing in the midnight sun. This was a bucket list item for my 36 year old daughter who will be traveling with us. She has always wanted to do this and is a very good golfer. So that brings us to this trip. We are 6 adults early-mid 60s. with exception of my daughter. All very active. Would love guidance for the Lofoten area. We will get to Reine and other villages. Thanks for any suggestions.

You can't even book a cabin ahead of time for the daytime passage between Stavanger and Bergen- Fjord line say to book on board. I certainly wouldn't as you are surely taking the ferry to see the scenery, not to be cabined up.

It wouldn't surprise me if you were asked to vacate the cabin well before arrival, to allow them to make the cabin ready for overnight passengers back to Denmark.

Likewise with booking an air seat. I don't see the point- plenty of other free seating. You are going to be on deck much of the time (or in the restaurant or bar/otherwise exploring the ship) seeing the scenery.

Another way to do the journey is to use the coach-bus between Stavanger and Bergen- arguably more scenic and it uses two small domestic vehicle ferries on route.

And I say that as someone who has done the sea journey at all times of the year by cruise ship, the former ferry from England and the now discontinued domestic hydrofoil service- and loves it.

Thank you for the input on the Ferrys. I will look at booking direct if we go that route. I have tought of the coach bus as well. I was just uncertain of the comfort, I did think that going by ferry we could move around and have different views I was pretty sure the cabin was not the way to go but wanted to check. I will do a little more research on the Coach option. Thank you,
