Are there any self-service laundromats in central Bergen? Hotel laundry rates are very expensive (though not as bad as Helsinki).

This is the Bergen laundry listing from the upcoming new edition of Rick's Scandinavia guidebook (different from the listing in the 13th edition, which has closed):
**Laundry: If you drop your laundry off at Hygienisk Vask & Rens, you can pick it up clean the next day (70 kr/kilo, no self-service, Sun-Fri 8:30-16:30, closed Sat, Halfdan Kjerulfsgate 8, tel. 55 31 77 41).

Bergen Montana Hostel has laundry facilities but it's 3km from center city.
