I am interested in planning a Ski trip to Europe in late March - early April and Narvik, Norway caught my eye. I am seeking recommendations from locals in Narvik on generally expected ski conditions during that time.

You could get lucky, but I'm not sure there are many people with that knowledge on this forum. Wait and see if you get any hints, but I'd consider asking the same question on Snowheads, a British ski-focused forum.
All I can say is that I'm indeed fascinated by that ski resort, right next to the ocean with fantastic views, so I'm a bit jealous! I also hear that Riksgränsen just across the border is supposed to be excellent come spring (the climate is too harsh in winter), and it will certainly be more consistently cold than Narvik.
