Itinerary Planning Help--Undredal, Naeroyfjord, Gudvangen, etc.

I'm fine-tuning our plans for May and wondering if someone can help. When we leave Bergen (in a rental car), we're heading to Flam/Aurland. These are the points we want to hit on that day and the day after, as we're staying two nights in Aurland: Undredal, Fjord cruise Naeroyfjord—Gudvangen (Viking village), Flam Railway, Borgund (stave church), Stegastein viewpoint.

I had been thinking to drive to Undredal before heading to Aurland the day we arrive, but now I see it is one of the stops on the Naeroyfjord cruise. It's an hour drive out of the way to drive there so I'm wondering if we should do a stopover there when we're on the cruise. That would save us some drive time. We would also like to get off in Gudvangen. I don't see a way to note stops when purchasing the fjord cruise tickets, so do I need to do that?

If we can combine those stops with the cruise, I'm thinking we should do the cruise the afternoon of the day we drive from Bergen. The next day I already have the Flam Railway tickets purchased for morning and we could do Borgund later in the day.
We leave the next morning to head for Skei and it looks like we could hit the Stegastein viewpoint on the way there, so should save it for that day.

Does this all sound reasonable? Or is there a better way to do this?I'm open to any advice for these plans!

I didn't have a car in that area, so my knowledge base is weak.

The Naeroyfjord cruise goes from Flam to Gudvangen. I think it does make a few stops, probably including Aurland and Undredal. You have to get off at Gudvangen unless you buy a round-trip ticket, so doing your Gudvangen sightseeing at the end of the cruise isn't a problem. Undredal might be more of an issue, because there are not many cruise departures each day. There are two different companies; I think each has only two or three departures. Be sure the cruise schedules support what you are planning to do, and I would not assume you can stop off in Undredal and reboard a ferry, even a ferry operated by the same company, on a single ticket. Maybe you can, but I've never read anything to that effect.

The stave-church museum near the Borgund church seemed interesting. I only had time to walk through it because of an issue with the public bus the day I went. Rick mentions food at that visitor center, which could be a practical option for you.

There is a bus from Gudvangen back to Flam, so you don't have to pay to take the (rather costly) ferry round trip. I don't know the schedule for that bus, but it may be on the NorwaysBest website.

Thanks, acraven. I'm still looking at the logistics of all of this so appreciate the input.
