Is the Oslo Pass still part of an Oslo Package room booking?

In Rick's Norway guidebook, he mentions that bookings made through the visitoslo website include 4-day Oslopasses. I can't confirm that on the VisitOslo website, and the room rates quoted there are exactly the same as on the major reservation websites. Must Oslopasses now be purchased separately?

Thanks -

We purchased our Oslo Pass in the tourist office in the main train station in town. It's easily done without bundling it into a hotel room.

Thanks. My question was about a deal that could save me the cost of an OsloPass. Rick seemed to state that if you booked your room through VisitOslo, the pass was included. What I now see is no bargain on bookings, no OsloPass included, or at least not mentioned.

Thanks. Again, this was a question about what Rick reported in the Norway guidebook: a package deal in which the OsloPass was included, for FREE, with a booking on the VisitOslo website.

I have received confirmation from VisitOslo that this package once was offered but not anymore.

If anyone at RS HQ is monitoring, add it to the errata. Thanks.
