How rough is the ferry crossing between Bodo and Moskenes?

We are trying to get to Reine from Amsterdam in June. We have looked into flying to Bodo and taking the 3 hour ferry across to Moskenes. Unduly heavy seas would be a big deterrent for us. Would the forum suggest flying to Leknes or the ferry?
