I am travelling with my grandson between July 7th and 17th,and looking for suggestions for nice hotels in Oslo, Bergen, Stockholm, Gothenberg, Copenhagen and Amsterdam. Prefer one room with two beds, with breakfast. appx $150 anight.

Thon hotels are a chain in Norway. There is budget and higher. They all include breakfast. We are staying at the Thon hotel Panorama in Oslo, which has a good location in the city center.
