We're going to be on the Norway in a Nutshell portion of our Scandinavian trip in early August. We're planning an overnight in Aurland on day one of the nutshell, resuming day two with an 11:15a sailing out of Flam. It sounds like we can easily get from Fram to Aurland and back again taking a bus. However, we'd like to be able to visit the Borgund Stave Church via the Stegastein viewpoint route on day one, and prefer to not rent a car and drive ourselves. Has anyone had a good experience with hiring a driver out of Flam or Aurland?
