Help Narrowing Down Destinations

Hi, I am planning a trip to (mostly) Norway for 2 weeks this summer for me and my wife. We already know we want to do Copenhagen and Bergen. But we are not sure on the other destinations. We are deciding between Alesund, Lofoten, or Flam. I think we could only realistically do 2 out of those 3. For reference, we want to explore nature, and do some bird and whale watching. We like hiking but are not big hikers, and usually like easier to intermediate hikes. Any advice would be helpful!
