Looking for information on hiking between Frognerseteren and the Holmenkollen Ski/Jump / Museum. Specifically, the distance, average time, terrain, elevation gain / loss. Any guidance is appreciated

That's an easy hike. It's about 3 km and mostly downhill all the way, about 150-200 m loss of elevation. Although if you're going to the museum there is a small uphill section in the end where you gain a bit of height, 30-40 m or so. An average person can probably do it in under an hour.
There are many possible routes, but the easiest is to follow some of the skiing trails.
