While traveling in Norway later this month I would like to fly from Svolvaer to Oslo, flight leaves Svolvaer at 09:30, changes in Bodo and arrives Oslo 12:00. I would then take public transportation to the DFDS Ferry terminal to make a 15:00 departure. This should be quite doable if the planes run on time. Does anyone have any experience flying from this far north and any knowledge of the reliability of the flights. Airline is SAS.
Thank you.
SAS is in general a reliable airline, and they mostly hire local pilots. But that far north and on the coast, the weather is always going to be a factor that might ruin any plans. Although the risk is probably not that big in the spring.
