We stayed at the Thon Hotel Terminus in Oslo (HIGHLY recommend!) and they had quality decaf coffee. There is a Nespresso machine off the breakfast room, in the lounge area. It’s easy to get a cup and bring it to your breakfast table. And, it’s quality decaf! They also had instant decaf packets you could use for your room, but the Nespresso was such a treat for my husband!
