I am from the US and am fully vaccinated. I am taking a train from Stockholm to Oslo. Do I have to be tested one prior to traveling to Norway?

pretty sure there is no requirement now, but check with the State Dept and google "Norway Covid Entry Requirements"

No, you don't need to be tested. Assuming the rules don't change.
