Bus 950 from Gudvangen Ferry Terminal to Voss

Hi All,

My friends and I are planning to take bus 950 from Gudvangen ferry terminal to Voss at 11:40am on 17 Dec 2025 after the ferry arrives at Gudvangen at 11:30am. However, the tickets at Norway's Best have been sold out. https://www.norwaysbest.com/en/flam/things-to-do/bus-voss-gudvangen-voss

From the information gathering in various forums online, it seems passengers can pay the driver directly on board on bus 950, please correct me if I am wrong.

Does anyone know whether bus 950 tickets sold by Norway's Best are exactly using the same public bus 950 which the public can pay onboard? Or does Norway's Best actually charter a bus for their own customers?

The website of Norway's Best indicates bus leaves outside at bus stop H in Gudvangen ferry terminal. My friends and I just want to find out whether we shall also be waiting for the public bus 950 at the same bus stop as we will not have too much time to figure out where to take bus since the bus will depart at 11:40am.

I've just done a trial booking, as that sounded unlikely. The date is coded green, not red, meaning tickets are available. I've successfully put two tickets for that departure in my basket.
It's the same service, just one or more vehicle is for Norway's best people, one for the general public.
The public one nominally stops over 60 times as needed by locals.
It doesn't matter in the big scheme of things, but I think the public fare is less than 160Kr.
EDIT - It is a two zone ticket, so the walk up fare should be 75Kr.
