Rick Steves recommends a 1.5 hour Bryggen Walking Tour in Bergen daily at 10am and to buy tickets in advance online. The website given is www.bymuseet.no This website lists quite a few different tours. Which one is the recommended tour visiting Bryggens Museum, medieval Hanseatic Assembly rooms (Schotstuene), the Bryggen quarter, a medieval wine cellar, and Hanseatic Museum?

This looks like what you mean and very similar to the (absolutely excellent!) English language tour I reserved in advance, pre- Covid- I don't remember wine cellars, but it provided so much context. Also, the guide moved at a pretty fast pace, which was perfect because for those wanting longer (like me) you can return on your own and for those for whom history and museums are not their favorite, at an hour and a half, it's reasonable!
I hope this helps- highly recommend! I then took the funicular up the mountain to the viewpoint and walked down (not difficult). It's a compact area.
I copied the link that describes the walking tour we had last summer. Purchased in advance through the museum.

Some parts of historic Bryggen were under restoration then but the guided walk was still great.
