Bergen-Oslo-Copenhagen

I'm at a loss as to where to post my inquiry in the new RS format as it involves travel in and between three countries. Here goes. What is the duration of the train trip Bergen to Oslo? We then travel to Copenhagen. What is/are the mode(s) available and what is the duration of the train/ship(ferry) Oslo to Copenhagen? Any web links for descriptions of trains/ships(ferries) and schedules for this journey would be appreciated.
