A brand new airport terminal has opened in Bergen Flesland Airport. It is spacious, airy and sleek. All mentions of cramped waiting rooms and cramped security lines are now just history. Ignore all old blog posts and comments about nightmares at the old terminal.
The new terminal is directly connected to the Bergen light rail line, which can take you to Byparken, in the city center, in 44 minutes (Fares: NOK 37 one-way, 90 for 24h-pass). Flybusen still operate, taking 22-25min (subject to traffic congestion), at a higher cost.
