We are booked on the Scandinavia tour next July, 2025. We’d like to add a day or so on in Bergen at the end of the tour - any suggestions as to how many extra days to plan on??

Depending on your interests and how far you want to go / drive oustide Bergen is good for 2-5 night.
VisitBergen page and scenic route Hardanger offer some inspirations.
Alternatively book 3-7 days on Hurtigruten / Havila. Really scenic coastline.

We are also booked on RS 2025 Scandinavia starting June 29. We will have 3 or 4 days in Bergen after the tour and are looking for things to do. We will be catching a cruise from Southampton to Norway fjords and Iceland after our tour

We were in Bergen recently. Unless you hike there, one day should be more than sufficient.

I enjoyed the KODE art museums and walking around some of Bergen's beautiful neighborhoods. I spent at least 3 nights in Bergen and didn't have time to go up to the Grieg house or up the funicular.

Looks like you have one full guided day in Bergen with the tour. I would go with two additional full days, at most, unless you have some specific activities planned. Bergen is a good place to relax for a few days at end of trip.
