We are arriving in Oslo May 21st and taking train to Bergenstrad.. Then a few days later going to Bergen. Does anyone have a) hotel idea that is not too expensive but still wonderful/ boutique-like in Bergen? Also restaurant ideas? and b) maybe tour guides or best ways to see this part of Norway? Lynnie... what should we expect for weather?

Lynnie, it looks to me like you need to get a copy of Rick's Scandinavia guide book: https://store.ricksteves.com/shop/p/scandinavia-guidebook/ from either a local book store or from this site and since your trip is next month get it now! I believe all your questions will be answered in this one book.
