Is it possible to see the Hopperstad Stave Church in Vik as part of a one-day round trip visit from Bergen to Balestrand? The boat from Bergen arrives in Balestrand at about noon, returning to Bergen at 16:55. Vik appears to be only a 15 minute ferry ride from Balestrand, but the RS book says the only way to see the church in a day is to depart Balestrand at 7:50 and return at 11:50. Is there only one ferry a day between Balestrand and Vik?

It would be possible to travel from Bergen to Vik and forego Balestrand.
