We will arrive in Bergen about 11 am on Satuday (next week :) we will spend the day exploring the city
. what would you suggest we do on sunday?
we will be joining the NIN tour on Monday, with an overnight in Flam, then onto Oslo.
Are there 1/2 day fjord tours nearby? Can we find waterfalls without strenuous hike ( will have my 84 y/o mom along)

I just completed the RS Best of Scandinavia Tour. Afterwards, I did the NIN tour of a different fjord.....we also stopped by several waterfalls. It is pretty much of an all day event though. It was enjoyable and pretty easy to navigate.
I recommend a trip to visit Edvard Grieg's home, Troldhaugen.

You could also do this on Saturday depending on what you decide for your Sunday activity.
There are some half-day fjord tour excursions from Bergen by boat. A simple Google search will find you something that will suit you, but you could also visit the TI in Bergen and ask them to recommend something that suits your interests, schedule, and fitness level. (The TI is right at the harbor just north of the fish market.)
