We are trying to book a flight from London to Bergen Norway in April. The only airline that flies direct is the Norwegian airlines air shuttle. When I look at reviews on TripAdvisor, they are all negative and make me nervous. Has anyone had recent experience flying to Bergen from London or using the Norwegian air shuttle? Thank you

A friend of mine was flying Norwegian from Berlin to Oslo in December. Good flight, no problems.
Do not trust the "rating" platform too much - it is more complaining about travel service providers which were used by people without travel experience.
