I’ll be traveling solo in Norway via public transport in about two weeks and I’ve booked almost all my bus/ train/ ferry tickets. The one bus I’m worried about is the 220 which takes the golden route via Trollstigen. I believe there are 2 ways to prebook tickets for this bus..prices listed are one-way-
1. FRAM App - NOK 292
2. Travel with the locals portal (endorsed by FRAM) - NOK 475
I wrote to FRAM contact Center to clear the confusion but they responded saying that I will have to use option 2 since I’m a tourist.
It’s the same bus but there’s a significant price difference.
My inclination is to still book via FRAM app and test my luck but would like to know if anyone has tried doing the same
