I only have a morning and afternoon until 4:00pm when our cruise departs. Would appreciate the best way to spend this time.

Just walk from cruise terminal into center incl. Bergenhus, Tyske Bryggen, Floibanen, a view from Mt. Floyen and fish market (fisketorget).
