Would you take 7 p.m. or 11 p.m. bus from Sloterjdik Station

My sis and I will be taking the Flixbus from Amsterdam to Frankfurt this week. We are trying to decide whether it would be better to take the bus that departs Sloterjdik (sp?) Station in Amsterdam at 7 p.m. (arrives Frankfurt Central Station at 1:30 a.m.) or the later 11 p.m. bus which arrives Frankfurt at 5:30 a.m. The evening we'll be catching the bus in Amsterdam, the low temperature is to be 30 degrees F. It is to be 27 degrees F in Frankfurt, but it's my understanding Central Station is open 24 hours and has a McD inside where we can get coffee up until 3 a.m. It shuts down for an hour and reopens at 4 a.m. I'm not sure whether these hours are current info for McD, but the restrooms are open 24 hours, for sure, at Frankfurt's Central Station, so we'll be inside in the warmth. I have read that many Flixbus Stations are on curbs, not inside. Does anyone know what the Sloterjdik station in Amsterdam is like? Would it have shelter from the elements, should the late 11 p.m. bus be delayed?

Which would you do? Take the 7 p.m. bus or 11 p.m. bus. I figure we would hear more interesting conversations on the 7 p.m. bus, as people would be starting to snooze more on the 11 p.m. bus? We've never been to Germany, whereas we have been to Amsterdam. I thought about hanging out at a fun Amsterdam café until the 11 p.m. departure time. We'll have our suitcases, so I don't think we'll want to roam around much in Amsterdam. We can stow our luggage in Central Station in Frankfurt while we sightsee the next day. Our bus doesn't depart to Rome until 5 p.m. the following afternoon.

Just trying to figure out which departure time would be best. I figure the 7 p.m. departure bus would be more crowded than the 11 p.m. one?

All tips appreciated.

The correct name is Sloterdijk.
But are you sure you want to take a bus, arrving in the middle of the night with hardly any sleep? The train can be got from EUR 59,90, giving you a much more comfortable ride and arriving at a decent hour. Have a look at the website of the German railways.

I would take the 11 p.m. bus. It's much more comfortable to spend the night on the warm FlixBus than on a train station.

I vote the 11 PM option.

I am sure you have reasons for why you are getting to Rome this way, but it looks torturous to me.
