Looking for a small, clean, safe, frugal B & B (not hotel) in Haarlem for 3 days in late May. Walking distance to train station and/or Center.

Have you checked in the RS guide book yet? We stayed in Haarlem some years ago and found it a good location from the hectic pace of Amsterdam. An easy and quick commute into Amsterdam.

Charlie: I believe that the latest RS books do not list a single B & B in Haarlem (there are several smaller hotels listed).
In past years we stayed at an RS B & B in Haarlem, unfortunately they are no longer in business! I have now found a handful
of Haarlem B & B's from other sources, but without any semi-reliable recommendations. Best wishes
