I very much want to spend 1 day visiting the Kroller Muller Museum in December, especially given the "Van Gogh, All Our Paintings" exhibit that will be running. Has anyone visited the museum and national park during inclement weather? Is it still worth it?
This is a wonderful museum! All the paintings are indoors, of course, so bad weather is not an issue for that. There is a lovely sculpture garden you may not be able (or want) to visit if it's raining etc but for me the Van Goghs were more the highlight. Of course there's also the rest of the park which you mention- I don't think it's a waste of time to only visit the museum and not the wider park if the weather is bad.
