Visiting Flower Parade Float Construction

From my research , however flawed, it seems one can visit the floats as they are being made for the April 20 Flower Parade. The dates to visit the construction seem to be April 17-19, 9:00am- 1:00pm. I believe the location is DeLeeuw Flowerbulbs Construction, in Sassenheim. I hope that's correct.
I haven't read any reviews here regarding the merits of such a visit.
I was wondering if anyone had done so, and- and- was it worth it? Ugh- how can she ask that, isn't it subjective?
It would be worth it to me if there were a number of floats to observe, and would be a -perhaps- two hour experience. I would be coming from Haarlem, using public transportation.
We will be going to Keukenhof the week before, visiting the gardens and then biking through the tulip fields outside the gardens, coming from Leiden. The construction workshops aren't open that week, as far as I can tell.
Has anyone had the experience of observing float construction?
Thanks for all the helpful info so far.

Hello, I’m hoping to go to DeLeeuw Flowerbulbs next week and wondering if you figured anything out. Did you get tickets to go in advance? It seems like the website doesn’t work.

Thanks!

I gave up. It also seemed that getting there via public transportation was also a hassle. When no one responded here, I figured there was a reason. Good luck!
