I’m trying to buy timed entry tickets on their website to attend the Van Gogh museum when we are in Amsterdam April 23-24. I’ve run into a problem on their website where the ticket ordering computer application just keeps repeating itself. It’s very frustrating. I’ve not had any trouble for buying tickets other major sights, like Keukenhof, Riksmuseum, Anne Frank House. Does anyone know what’s going on here with the Van Gogh museum?
I just tried it for your dates and didn’t have any problem. It could be a problem with your browser. I usually use Chrome, but sometimes I run into glitches when ordering things. It usually resolves itself if I try a different browser like Firefox or Safari or Edge. I would suggest doing that and if you’re still having problems, then contact the museum.
I jut bought a ticket for earlier in April this week with no problem so I'd agree with Mardee it might be your browser. I used my laptop and Firefox to buy as well as my AMEX card (which seems to work better on foreign transactions including museum and trains).

I was having the same issue on my laptop. I used my phone and purchasing the ticket went smoothly.
No success for me yet getting tickets for May 15 10 am. Does anyone have a phone number for the museum?
I've tried 4 different browsers today and the site continues to redirect back to the start of the process. It even reverts to a different ticket price for the same ticket type.
I'm unable to get past the screen where name and email, city, country/personal info are entered. Tried on Edge, Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
Any workarounds?
I second the idea of using your phone. I have had difficulty with a variety of websites in the past using my laptop but no issue when using my phone.
@skifit....hmmmm, I see what you mean. I just tried to do a dummy booking and get to the screen where you choose how many tickets and the audio guide and when I click "your information" it puts me back in a loop.

Let us know what happens. Looks like a website glitch to me as I booked a few weeks ago and did not have this problem. I could not even get far enough to put in my credit card which is usually where issues lie.
