I'm searching for an apartment rental for three days, June 19-22. I'm looking in the West Canal District and not having much luck on the sites I'm familiar with. Our budget is around $350ish or below a night. Many are booked already so I was wondering if there is another popular site that may provide more choices for apartment rentals?

I use www.booking.com quite often. Or simply Google “vacation apartments Amsterdam” and scroll past the big advertisers to find local sources. I do the latter sometimes and have uncovered places that don’t list with the big sites. Most of my experience is outside of the Netherlands, but I did that once to find my son a B&B in central Amsterdam.
Plugging in your dates, I found quite a few on Trivago.......if you use their site, in their accommodation selector - use "vacation rentals" - and be certain you carefully read the terms of the rental, the number of people the rental can accommodate and the location....some I noted were quite a distance from city center. Some were interesting - like a canal boat rental.
