Has anyone used City Mundo in the past year or so to book an apartment in Amsterdam? I want to be sure to use a reputable booking firm. Thanks.

we did use them last year. we stayed on prinsengracht. Had no issues, sent deposit and we paid cash euros for a discount when we got there. Owner was great, there was 4 of us. We will be in amsterdam this september 2017 and staying in a house boat in joordan area. Read the fine print: no more than 4, security deposit, what floor, stairs or elevator carrying your bags up, area you are in. We had a great time. enjoy yourselves.

We have not used them in the last couple of years but used them several times before that always with good experience.
We have rented both town house apartments and house boats and were very happy with the quality of the places and the service. No problems with deposits. We once left something important behind and they arranged to have it sent -- a great imposition on them and we really appreciated it.
