Upscale stay in Amsterdam in April- hotel & tulips help!

Hi!
Will be booking 2 rooms with either Mariott or AmEx points for me, husband, and 2 teenage children in April.
Have stayed at lovely Hotel Pullitzer and loved location, but not available all nights of our stay. Would love another location like the Pullitzer. Quiet, canals, but easy walk to 9 Streets, Anne Frank House. Many luxury hotel choices, but all over the map in terms of points used. Highest would be Andaz, lowest would be Pillows Grand (don't know if we want to be so far out, but property looks great). Intercontinentl, Sofitel, Renaissance Amsterdam.

Would love your feedback!

Also, what is best way to visit Keukenhof Tulip Garden?

Thank you!!

If you go to the Keukenhof gardens website you will see options to buy tickets which you can pair with the shuttle. You might want to know where you are staying, but there are tickets from central Amsterdam, the airport or Harlem that I saw. You can also add on a three hour bike rental to your order, that is for biking outside of the gardens, not in the gardens.

We are at the Esterea now and love it. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet, quiet location yet only 10 minutes to Ann Frank House and 3 minutes to 9 Street. It is right on a canal as well. We could not be happier with our choice.
