Transportation help from Amsterdam to Brugge

We are planning an overnight trip to Brugge, Belgium mid Sept and won’t have a car. What is the quickest and least complicated way to get there?
Thank you!!

Thalys Any Belgian Station with one or two changes, shown in your search results. No car needed or desirable. Advance purchase cheaper but highly restricted, like plane tickets. Price varies with day and hour.

Google “Thalys Amsterdam”.

Take the fast train from Amsterdam to Brussels then pickup a slower regional train to Brugge. You will be able to choose a route with just the one transfer in Brussels. Quite easy. I did this last year in September. My notes say left Amsterdam at 13:22 and arrived Brugge 17:29. Of course, there will be many choices to Brussels and somewhat fewer to Brugge. Bought my tickets early enough for second class seats the cost was $41. You can buy about 90 days out.

Last year we went from Amsterdam to Brugges via Antwerp.
We used thalys from Amsterdam to Antwerp, then changed to local trains on Belgian Rail.
There are lots of websites with lots of prices.
Highly recommend getting tickets as soon as possible; the earlier you purchase Thalys tickets, the cheaper they can be, We purchased ours early enough the difference in price between first class and coach was 5 euros.
We also used Rail Europe for the purchase; we were able to book the entire trip and had our tickets in hand when we left the US.
There are plenty of ways to get tickets, and while this may have been a more expensive way to go (but after researching it all comes out about even financially), we were happy with the service.
