2 couples are seeking transportation from our Amsterdam hotel to Brussels hotel. Do not want to take the train or take a chance with a cab driver. Anyone used a company to arrange transport via minvan?

Without train you have five choices:
Fly
Bus / van
Car (rental)
Bike
Walk
You might want to find a local travel agent. They can fix you up.

I do see that you have ruled out the train, but really it is the easiest with a journey time of about 3 hours. Were there some things you wanted to see on your route from AMS to Brussels?

There is a High Speed train ever two hours which takes 1h51. By road it is approx 3 hours for 205 Km.
Pre-booked car with a driver doesn't really exist for this distance in Europe. If it does it will be horrendously expensive.
Hiring your own car will require you to pick up the car and then drop it off, And one-way international car hire usually has a high surcharge (see other posts).
Flying will take longer than the train, by the time you factor in the trips to and from the airports (which is a train anyway!), and check-in time.
Train is really the only way to go, why don't you want to take the train?
