Train travel between Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg

Hi,
I understand the Eurail Benelux Pass is sold only to European residents. What is the alternative for travelers who live elsewhere?
Thanks!

AFAIK the Eurail pass is only sold to NON-European residents.
Interrail passes are sold to Europena residents.

But, as always there is the question "Is a pass worth it?". List out the rail trips you intend to take, and add up the cost of just buying normal tickets for each trip. This may be less than the cost of a pass.

See our Belgium rail page or Netherlands page for some tools to compare prices. The Eurail Benelux Pass must be purchased outside Europe before you leave home. Regular tickets are easy to buy in train stations as you go.
